Prepare your quote request
Provide the collection postcode, destination, contents and the weight, length, width and height of each packed parcel. You can include several parcels in one request. Limits depend on the country, carrier and service.
From quote to delivery
We email a personalised quotation in GBP, valid for one week. Review the price, estimated delivery time and included charges with us, then agree payment and booking arrangements. Collection or drop-off can be arranged where available.
Pack your goods securely and complete the required customs paperwork before handover. Describe each item accurately and declare a realistic value, including for gifts and used belongings. Our customs invoice form emails the completed PDF to you and Delfast.
We do not accept batteries, including phones and laptops containing batteries, perfume, spray bottles or aerosols. Check other restricted or unusual goods with us before booking.
