Agree the receiving address, order references, expected deliveries and storage arrangements with us first. Tell us what you plan to buy so we can check whether the goods are suitable for your destination and transport service. Do not send purchases to an address without our confirmation.
Combine purchases into one shipment
While you wait for your orders, up to one week of free storage is available by arrangement. We can discuss consolidating parcels, repacking and any checks you need. We will confirm any additional work and charges before proceeding.
Arrange onward shipping
Once your goods are ready, we confirm the packed measurements and send a personalised quotation in GBP, valid for one week. Review the delivery estimate, included charges and destination customs-charge arrangements before booking.
Keep your purchase details and provide accurate descriptions, quantities and values for the customs invoice.
We do not accept batteries, including phones and laptops containing batteries, perfume, spray bottles or aerosols. Check other restricted or unusual goods with us before booking.
