Collection or drop-off
Provide your postcode, parcel count, packed weights and dimensions so we can confirm available collection options and any charges. If you prefer to drop parcels off, agree the receiving location and arrangements with us first. See our contact details.
Packing help
Packing materials and a packing service can be arranged for an additional fee. Describe your goods and tell us about fragile or unusually shaped items before booking. We will advise on suitable packaging and confirm the cost.
Short-term storage
We offer up to one week of free storage by arrangement while you wait for other parcels to arrive. Contact us in advance if you need longer storage so we can confirm availability and any charges.
Damage or loss claims are reviewed case by case. Report damage within 24 hours of receipt and keep the packaging and photographs while we investigate.
We confirm the agreed services and charges in a personalised quotation in GBP, valid for one week.
We do not accept batteries, including phones and laptops containing batteries, perfume, spray bottles or aerosols. Check other restricted or unusual goods with us before booking.
