What we need from you
Tell us the collection postcode, destination, contents and the packed weight and dimensions of each parcel or cargo item. For bulky, heavy or unusually shaped goods, contact us before arranging delivery to us.
How it works
We review your details and email a personalised quotation in GBP, valid for one week. Before booking, we confirm the shipping arrangements, estimated transit time, included costs and any additional charges. Ask us to confirm who pays destination duties, taxes and clearance charges.
Complete the required customs paperwork before handover. We can help you use our online customs invoice form and advise if further documents are needed.
We do not accept batteries, including phones and laptops containing batteries, perfume, spray bottles or aerosols. Check other restricted or unusual goods with us before booking.
