What types of goods can I send?
You can send any personal and household items. Personal items are things and objects of daily use, including clothes, shoes, jewelry, cosmetics, books, bicycles, etc. Household items are goods and objects that are used to furnish a household. Furniture, household appliances, kitchen utensils, bed-linen and other similar items are considered household items.
Which countries can you send my parcel (package) to?
Depending on the weight of your parcel (package)/goods, we can ship them to any country in the world. To calculate shipping costs and receive a quote, please send us a brief description of your parcel (package) and its dimensions, and one of our personnel will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I ship fragile goods such as glassware, musical instruments, porcelain items, etc.?
Yes, you can. In this case, we advise you to use suitable boxes and packing materials to prevent damage to items during transportation. We also provide quality packaging material and pack your goods securely. For a quote, please send us a brief description of the contents of your package and its dimensions, and one of our staff will contact you as soon as possible.
Do I need to pack and prepare the box/bag for shipping myself or will you provide this service yourself?
We provide quality packaging materials that you may need to pack your goods. If you are shipping fragile items, we highly recommend using our packing service to ensure that our package is protected during transit. This service is available for a small additional fee. Please send us a brief description of your package and its dimensions so we can inform you the cost of the service.
Do I need to fill in any export documents such as CN23 in order to send my parcels (packages) abroad?
Yes, you will need to fill in this form online. Once the form filled in, we will receive it in PDF format and it will be attached to your package during shipping and forwarding.
Do you offer a warehouse if I need to wait for a few parcels (packages) to arrive and send them later?
Yes, our warehouses are located in Reading and London. We will be happy to store your goods for a limited period of time without additional cost.
What are the size limits for parcels (packages)?
If your package weighs more than 15 kg and/or its longest side exceeds 3 m, please contact us in advance so that we can give you an accurate shipping cost.
I live abroad. Can I make an online purchase (for example, clothes, shoes, personal items) and have them sent to your warehouse? Once received, will you be able to ship them to the country where I live?
Yes, we offer this kind of service. Your online purchases will be delivered to our warehouses in London. Upon receipt, they will be inspected for any deficiency /damage, repackaged and prepared for shipping, and you will be notified. You will need to fill in an online export form with your personal details and the address where your package is to be shipped.
