Yes, you will need to fill in this form online. Once the form filled in, we will receive it in PDF format and it will be attached to your package during shipping and forwarding.

Do you offer a warehouse if I need to wait for a few parcels (packages) to arrive and send them later?

Yes, our warehouses are located in Reading and London. We will be happy to store your goods for a limited period of time without additional cost.

What are the size limits for parcels (packages)?

If your package weighs more than 15 kg and/or its longest side exceeds 3 m, please contact us in advance so that we can give you an accurate shipping cost.

I live abroad. Can I make an online purchase (for example, clothes, shoes, personal items) and have them sent to your warehouse? Once received, will you be able to ship them to the country where I live?

Yes, we offer this kind of service. Your online purchases will be delivered to our warehouses in London. Upon receipt, they will be inspected for any deficiency /damage, repackaged and prepared for shipping, and you will be notified. You will need to fill in an online export form with your personal details and the address where your package is to be shipped.
